My own leadership journey wasn’t always clear. When I was promoted to leadership without an instruction manual, I made every mistake possible.
I worked tirelessly, micromanaged like a champ, and struggled to connect with my team. I soon realized that my lone achiever mindset wasn’t translating into effective leadership.
Success for me came from embracing three essential elements: grit, growth, and gumption. I learned to persevere through challenges, commit to continuous learning, and take bold actions.

I didn't want other women to have to learn all these lessons the hard way, so God prompted me to write my own instruction manual and share it with the world!
